This website will allow you to see and print your payment and charges history, make payments to us , set up auto payment , update your contact information and sign and review agreements electronically

If you use Internet Explorer/Edge as your browser, you will not be able to view agreements and to do that please download and install Chrome browser from Google by going to s.sdcpm.com/chrome

For non emergencies please schedule online at s.sdcpm.com/fix

We do not charge you any processing fees for paying online so if you see a message saying that there may be a convenience fee, you can ignore it

To set up auto payments , go to the "Settings"/gear, on the right side of the screen next to your name, and then click" Saved Payment information" and then "enable automatic payments

If you want to pay a future rent payment that is not showing only please follow s.sdcpm.com/futurerent
